How VeriFix works

1. Pick a verified artisan
Browse by trade, area and live availability. Every profile is checked by our team before it goes live.
2. Contact via VeriFix
Send your details through the app. It opens WhatsApp to our central admin line — never the artisan directly.
3. Admin assigns the job
We confirm availability and assign the artisan. Their profile flips to Working automatically.
4. Pay & get secured
Transfer to the VeriFix agency account, drop your reference, and we confirm before the job starts.

Reviews only unlock after a confirmed, completed booking — so every rating you read has a real transaction behind it.

Why you can trust VeriFix

What we check on every artisan

Before any profile goes live, our team confirms the artisan's identity, trade and work area, speaks with them directly, and reviews their work samples. Only admin-approved artisans appear on VeriFix.

If an artisan doesn't show up

Your payment sits with VeriFix, not the artisan. If anything goes wrong — a no-show, a delay, a dispute — our admin team steps in, reassigns another verified artisan or sorts your money. You never chase anyone yourself.
